King Carl XVI Gustaf of Sweden has received condolence from King Salman of Saudi Arabia and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman in the wake of a tragic school shooting. The school shooting tragedy that left people dead and injured prompted the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to offer their condolences and compassion. Eleven people were killed in the incident that took place at an adult education center in Orebro on Tuesday. Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, the Crown Prince of Kuwait, also sent King Carl XVI Gustaf a cable of sympathy.
Rickard Andersson, a 35-year-old recluse without a job who might have attended the school, was identified by Swedish authorities as the alleged shooter.
Police called the aftermath of the attack a "inferno," and they suspect he carried out the attack alone. Andersson killed around a dozen people before killing himself, according to officials, in what is now regarded as Sweden's bloodiest mass shooting. The incident is still being investigated.
